Lydia’s Sewing Circle

Lydia’s Sewing Circle started in 2002 with the purpose of sewing warm quilts for infants, toddlers, the infirm, and the needy of our community. In the beginning, each member brought her own sewing machine and fabric. Today, the group has their own sewing room with a large cutting table, two sewing machines, and a cabinet of fabric. They make quilts for several organizations in Salina, including Domestic Violence Association of Central Kansas (DVACK) and Pregnancy Service Center. The group also services CTK members by providing quilts for cancer patients, critically ill members, and newborns.

Anyone wanting to show the love of Jesus by making quilts is welcome to join.
